Libya protests: David Cameron plans no-fly zone and threatens to send British troops | Mail Online

time to bring on the bullying hypocrites. Notice how everyone’s getting gung ho about kicking Gaddafi out and daring to use military force to prevent him killing his own people? I’m actually in favour of such action. But only if we’re going to apply it consistently. Like when the Iranians next suppress their tweeting mobs, or the the Chinese next shoot their democracy campaigners. Of course, when these oppressions happen we won’t hear about military solutions but the need for “engagement” which, of course, is a way to allow the oppressive regime to save face and has nothing to do with saving the lives of the protestors.
